I would give zero stars if I could but 1 star is the lowest rating. This was my second time ordering from them because my first time I was decently satisfied. I understand the price point and what to expect. The second order I placed I bought 4 items. 1 item shipped fairly quickly. However, after 3.5 weeks and the rest of my order hadn’t shipped I sent an email asking where my order was. Of course, I got a generic email saying they are doing their best to process orders due to a high volume of orders. After another week of no update I contacted them again and was told 1 item was out of stock and that was the hold up for the rest of the order. How did you ship 1 item quickly but the other 2 in stock items couldn’t get shipped because 1 item was out of stock. Make that make sense. Also, I asked for a refund and was told they can’t refund items that are in stock, even though it had been over a month at this point. After numerous emails back and forth and getting no resolution and a bunch of excuses I contacted my bank to dispute the charge. Out of the blue, the next day I contacted my bank I got an email from Evry Jewels issuing me a refund for the 1 item out of stock and my other 2 items had shipped. Fast forward to delivery, the package was delivered by OnTrac. Well, the delivery driver delivered my package to the WRONG ADDRESS and I knew that from the picture the delivery driver provided. I contacted Evry Jewels to let them know and provided a copy of the picture and only got generic email responses basically saying once the item ships it’s no longer their responsibility and to contact the carrier. I contacted the carrier, which you can’t get a hold of via phone only email, and let them know of the delivery error and provided a copy of the picture provided by their delivery driver showing it was delivered to the wrong address. Also with OnTrac (worst carrier ever) I got generic email responses saying the tracking shows it was delivered, contact the seller. So I went back to Evry Jewels to let them know and per usual I got the same generic email responses. So basically neither Evry Jewels and OnTrac would take any accountability nor do they care about their customers. The way Evry Jewels handled the situation and treats their customers is alarming and unacceptable. I never received a real email, only generic emails repeating the same thing over and over no matter what I said. Will never order from them again as I still have not received my order.
