I placed an order for a replacement date disc. When it was received it had a defect on the disc under the number 5. I requested a return and picked one up locally. Because it's defective the policy was to provide a return label which was a request ewatchparts evaded and never answered and beat around the bush.Finally it was escalated and a case was decided in my favor and a refund was issued.I left feedback for this seller about my poor experience but instead of taking the feedback they harass me through messages and leave false replies on my feedback.They claim that I wanted free parts and a bad faith buyer. I have only from the beginning wanted to return the defective part for my refund but they won't refuse. Now they are gaslighting and backtracking.I received the refund already but they can get the part back. I don't want or had an intention of trying to get it for free. They just need to cover the shipping to get the faulty part back.Update reply to the seller:This seller now claims that the item was damaged upon install. I actually have the unboxing video that shows it was damaged when opening right out the envelope. Again buyer beware as you can see no responsibility is taken by them and quickly to blame the customer.It's unfortunate that two employees can miss a clear defect and the seller blaming and making up stories to justify thier poor customer service.In addition they do not address why they didn't respond, provide a label and from thier reply and tone you can see the type of customer service they have.It's not even about the money since I was refunded. It's the fact that the customer service is so poor, they are rude and take no ownership of thier issues.*Also the feedback is still there with the image for anyone who would like to see other negative experiences. EWATCHPARTS team, please just take accountability. It's simple, a defective item came like that right out the envelope. I simply asked to return it and asked for a label to get it back to you. You evaded the question and never answered. Your replies are rude and condescending and you take this personally which is a shame. Just take ownership, apologize and call it a day.
