I placed my order on December 7th, and it still hasn’t arrived. It’s been an unreasonably long time with no delivery and no clear update on where my package is.
I’ve tried contacting customer service multiple times to resolve the issue and request a refund, but nothing happens. No proper response, no solution, no refund — just bad feedback and no real action..
Very frustrating experience. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
