Worst experience of online ordering ever. Ive ordered my desk since the month of December to my knowledge the desk was going to be shipped in 1-3 business days as i have paid extra for shipping and living in Canada its expensive. I waited and nothing. So now were are in the month of January and it still hasn't been shipped. I contacted customer service and their excuse was they lost desks so theres a delay in getting it shipped out. Right there is one red flag. So they proceeded in telling me that my desk will be shipped out on January 27th. It is now January 27th and my order is still “being processed”. I am absolutely fed up of waiting any longer. They charge people so much money for their products and this is what you get. Horrible customer service. To make matters even worse there was 3 negative reviews left on their website including mine. And they deleted them. This company is literally a scam please save your time and money it is not worth it. Im going to wait another week before asking for a refund.
