Ordered a chair nearly a month ago and still waiting for it to be shipped! Originally ordered a pink chair to be told out of stock and to pick another colour, to which I did, all was okay for shipment then didn't hear anything for a few days so I thought I'd message them to check again what was happening and yet AGAIN that colour out of stock so was told to pay the $80 difference for a different series if I wanted a chair and I'm still waiting for it to be sent out! The customer service is absolutely shocking, worst I've ever dealt with! They do not reply and when they do very angry if you ask them anything. I'm yet to still get a reply on all of the emails I've sent over the last month. At one point when asking for a refund and questioning the item ordered the customer advisor on the website chat ignored me and then ended the chat and everytime I went on they just ended the conversation.
