I’ve been a loyal customer of this hosting company for over 20 years. In the past, their service was excellent, support was responsive, and prices were fair.But after the company was acquired a few years ago, everything went horribly wrong. Support became nonexistent—waiting weeks for a reply is now the norm, and even then, they often ignore the actual issue. To make matters worse, prices skyrocketed without justification.MY WORST EXPERIENCE:For over a month, they deactivated ALL my websites, cutting off my business entirely. I sent dozens of emails, begging them to restore my sites. After 30+ days of downtime, they finally replied with a weak excuse about a "server problem" and casually mentioned my sites were back online. No apology, no compensation—just complete disregard for the thousands of dollars in lost revenue they cost me.As soon as my sites were back, I immediately migrated to a different host and requested account closure. But in true scammer fashion, they want to charge my AMEX card for another year of service—after I explicitly canceled!DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, unreliable, and borderline FRAUDULENT. I’ve never encountered such incompetent and dishonest behavior in all my years online. RUN AS FAR AS YOU CAN !!!
