Terrible Customer Service

Terrible customer service. My parcel never arrived, and the company seemed indifferent. I received just one email in over a week stating they would investigate with the shipping service. No apologies or offers for replacement/refund. I spent over a £100 with them and received nothing in return. They just don't seem to care.
