My nearly £200 order was not delivered. I sent several messages without any reply, which is quite frustrating. Now, I am trying to get a refund through my credit card company since the retailer is unresponsive. They cannot be trusted.

I ordered clothes for my son for Christmas on December 14th, and delivery was promised for the 22nd. They arrived late on the 31st, missing Christmas morning. One item was incorrect, and there is no refund information available online or in the confirmation email, other than the vague 14-day return policy. I've emailed three times with no response.
If I could give zero stars, I would. The clothing item was terrible, and after returning it, I have waited six months without any response or refund. My partner also tried to return an item and received no reply, preventing him from completing the return. AVOID THIS SELLER, IT'S A SCAM!
