It was a clear pattern of manipulation, dishonesty, and operational failure, repeatedly dismissed as 'human error.' We were unexpectedly asked for more money right before our trip — on the day of our departure. We were explicitly told that if we did not pay, our trip would be cancelled. This demand came after months of planning and full payment based on a provided itinerary. The justification given was a 'human miscalculation,' which then became the excuse for every delay, failure, cancellation, and broken promise that followed. Once the journey began, the issues were consistent: permits not arranged, accommodation unpaid, vehicles inadequately funded, guides unpaid and visibly stressed, and threats of cancellation if we did not comply. This is not how reputable operators behave. The guides and drivers were hindered in their roles, appearing overwhelmed and constrained by the actions of the company. They lacked financial or operational support and expressed concerns about not being compensated. The stress from the company's failures was consistently shifted onto us as guests. Major components of the itinerary were cancelled or altered due to unpaid permits and accommodation, leading to hours of waiting in the heat and missing significant experiences. Each time, the excuse was the same: 'human error.' A single mistake might be excusable, but systemic failure is not. At one point, we felt so unsafe that we requested to be taken to the authorities. I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the online reviews for this service, as many seem questionable. Given the seriousness of what transpired, this issue has been officially escalated, and relevant authorities are conducting an investigation into the service’s practices. This operation turned a long-planned trip into the most stressful holiday we have ever experienced. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
