Guides were hindered in their roles, appearing overwhelmed due to the company's actions. Major components of the itinerary were cancelled or altered because of unpaid permits and accommodation, leading to hours of waiting. Each time, the excuse was the same: 'human error.' A single mistake might be excusable, but systemic failure is not. At one point, we felt unsafe and requested to be taken to authorities.
