The excuse given was a 'human miscalculation,' which then justified every delay and broken promise that followed. Once the journey commenced, the issues were consistent: permits not arranged, accommodation unpaid, vehicles inadequately funded, and threats of cancellation if we did not comply. Guides were hindered in their roles, appearing overwhelmed due to the company's actions. Major components of the itinerary were cancelled or altered because of unpaid permits and accommodation, leading to hours of waiting. Each time, the excuse was the same: 'human error.' A single mistake might be excusable, but systemic failure is not. At one point, we felt unsafe and requested to be taken to authorities. I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the online reviews for this service, as many seem questionable. Given the gravity of what transpired, this issue has been escalated, and relevant authorities are investigating the service’s practices. This operation turned a long-planned trip into the most stressful holiday we have encountered. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
