Very disappointed! From the quality of items to its delivery. I felt ripped off! Cheap material. No authenticity in the product. Package arrived in cheap material plastic and not as shown on the website. 1 item was even missing- the key chain. Spent over $57 NZD for less than $5 worth of items! Scam and fraud vibes!
After reaching out to their customer service chat, all I received from them was "Hi, Alex here from Exclusive keys. Dear customer, We are sorry for inconvenience. Please send an email to us. We will try to help you as soon as possible. Thanks." Even after sending an email with my grievances, still nothing from them nor any acknowledgement, nobody from Exclusive keys have reached out to me since then.
I need my refund! DO NOT PURCHASE anything from them, they are a fraud and scamming company! You have been warned.
