I ordered the Unbreak-Bear the third week of February. It arrived in the US about a week later then spent the next 5 weeks crisscrossing the country for delivery March 31. In 10 minutes my dog ripped open the bear, disgorged the stuffing and extracted the single squeaker. She is no longer interested in the toy. I requested a refund per their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They requested photos of the toy and the shipping label. I was offered 30% of purchase price, which I declined. They subsequently offered 50% without return of the product stating that if I want 100% refund I have to return the item. I have replied that this offer is unsatisfactory. They offer 100% satisfaction. Waiting for further developments. The Unbreak-Bear is by no means, indestructible. Definitely not as advertised. The company has yet to fulfill their 100% satisfaction guarantee for my purchase. I cannot recommend the product. I am cautiously optimistic that I will ultimately receive 100% satisfaction as promised on their website without incurring further cost.
