In March of 2025 I ordered a bear that you claimed to be indestructible by dogs. You charged me a total of $34.96. My dog took care of that claim immediately by tearing into a leg and the tail of the bear. I sent you pictures and asked for my money back.
Your customer service responded by saying that they would send me 30% as compensation and you can keep the item received. Did I think that it is acceptable. My answer was no.
From that point on I have had continual responses that you would give me a 50% refund and I could throw away the bear. Or that you lost the paperwork
And from then on your response is it is my bank's problem, and your Customer Service Team is assuring me that
It is now February 23,2026. I am still awaiting the refund of anything.

The company is difficult to get in touch with about problems. My order took 7 weeks to arrive after either not having had proper postage affixed or getting lost. I was informed of both. The first 2 emails I sent via their own links concerning the issue were returned as undeliverable. I finally got a response going through PayPal. I have requested 3 times a refund for a not-as-described dog toy, and have not heard back yet. I'm not really expecting to at this point.
I ordered the Unbreak-Bear the third week of February. It arrived in the US about a week later then spent the next 5 weeks crisscrossing the country for delivery March 31. In 10 minutes my dog ripped open the bear, disgorged the stuffing and extracted the single squeaker. She is no longer interested in the toy. I requested a refund per their 100% satisfaction guarantee. They requested photos of the toy and the shipping label. I was offered 30% of purchase price, which I declined. They subsequently offered 50% without return of the product stating that if I want 100% refund I have to return the item. I have replied that this offer is unsatisfactory. They offer 100% satisfaction. Waiting for further developments. The Unbreak-Bear is by no means, indestructible. Definitely not as advertised. The company has yet to fulfill their 100% satisfaction guarantee for my purchase. I cannot recommend the product. I am cautiously optimistic that I will ultimately receive 100% satisfaction as promised on their website without incurring further cost.
