We hired 2 PAs from them: for admin + HR departments. The HR lady was good but recently left. The admin role: we had to request for change of PA 4 times, none of them are up to mark. Although they market their service as "Executive Assistants", but they hardly qualify as "personal assistants"; they're more like "secretary" quality, but who needs someone to type emails or manage calendars these days? There's AI.
Some issues we experienced:
(1) although you assign one or two assignments per day to make use of the 2 manhours that we paid for, PA-1 doesn't respond at all via whatsapp or call until almost 6pm (end of day), then say that she would work on it the next day (so the day is lost); this happens repeatedly so we only get 10% service.
(2) when you request for an update via tel call, PA-1 says "this doesn't warrant a call" & type a long domineering message; if you ask some follow up questions, no response (communication is a one-way street: from PA-1 telling customer, not the other way around).
(3) PA-2 insists that she's the guru for google workspace & provides wrong information about vendor charges & makes us commit to the most costly package; when we realize it's an overkill for our needs & try to downgrade, we have overpaid for all our staff for the whole year & cannot downgrade or get a refund until the next year.
(4) PA-2 doesn't know how to manage apple IDs, multiple gmail admin; Calendar was also a mess.
(5) PA-3 research work on admin issues or linkedin profiles is mediocre; a fair comparison with our intern's work, the intern produces better quality.
They repeat their pitch about saving you money. But our main goal is not saving money, but to save time. We used to have full-time admin staff but don't have time to talent management. We're willing to pay the full price (of a Malaysian EA) but only get 2 manhours' work per day, provided that Execierge boss or supervisor manage the staff provided to us (for admin support) and ensure that our expectation is met. We don't want to manage Execierge's staff or their attitude or delivery problems. It's a waste of our time complaining to Execierge that we're getting ignored or cold shoulders or being brushed off. It should be a simple fair trade: we pay and should get 2 manhours' worth of quality work per day, but it is NOT the case.

Chien has been an outstanding Executive Assistant and a real asset to the business. She operates as a highly effective human CRM, managing relationships and communications to ensure nothing is missed. Her strong follow-ups keep projects on track, deadlines met, and stakeholders aligned. Through clear coordination and proactive reminders, she supports smooth project management and helps maintain momentum across multiple initiatives. Most importantly, her involvement has directly contributed to getting deals done by ensuring timely responses, structured follow-through, and consistent progress. Reliable, proactive, and commercially aware, Chien adds value well beyond a traditional EA role.
Connie has been an excellent fractional Executive Assistant, providing dependable, high-quality support without the cost of a full-time hire. She handled key secretarial tasks such as document preparation, meeting coordination and minutes, correspondence drafting, records management, and cross-department follow-ups with efficiency and accuracy. She also supported HR-related tasks, including onboarding and offboarding coordination, leave tracking, HR documentation, and liaising with staff, helping streamline internal processes while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.Connie delivered exactly the support needed, when needed; making her a cost-effective and highly valuable asset for any SME.
Having Jin actively following up across different matters and departments has been incredibly valuable. Jin ensures that nothing falls through the cracks by proactively chasing responses, clarifying outstanding points, and keeping all stakeholders aligned.Instead of having to spend time reminding or checking in with multiple departments, Jin manages these follow-ups seamlessly, maintains momentum on tasks, and escalates issues when necessary. This not only saves significant time but also improves overall efficiency and accountability across my organization.
Caryn has been incredible to work with through Execierge. She stepped in to organize our projects, streamline admin tasks, and keep deadlines on track. Her support has freed up so much of my time and given me peace of mind knowing the details are in capable hands.
Working with Connie has transformed the way I run projects. She keeps timelines moving, ensures deliverables are met, and handles follow-ups with both internal staff and external partners. Her organizational skills allow my team to stay aligned and focused, while I can concentrate on higher-level strategy. She’s not just an assistant, she’s a true project coordinator.
Leia has been outstanding in keeping our financial and administrative matters organized. She took over our invoicing, reconciliations, and payroll processing with ease, and her attention to detail has saved us from costly errors. Beyond the numbers, she also streamlined our document management, making information far easier to access when needed. It’s rare to find someone who combines efficiency with accuracy at this level, not to mention the amazing price point for all of these. She truly makes the back office run smoothly.
Shealy has been a godsend for the last year she has been with me. She has not only handled my personal administrations but she blended well with my team here in Singapore. She attended meetings and handled our accounts and our payroll as well as numerous other admin duties. This is a great way to get an admin on your team without having to handle extra costs and any HR issues that can occur with an employed admin. Thank you Shealy!
Less than a year after they promised to stop spamming me, they're spamming me again. In their feedback to my last comment they said that a "no thanks" would suffice. Apparently it won't.Not sure I'd want to use their business services if they can't manage a simple mailing list.
