Apparently my $6 a month was set to auto renew. Thy charged my credit card $6 the next month and sent an email that I was on auto renewal. I logged in and said my membership had expired and there is no option to turn off auto renewal.

They have no telephone support. I used email, Facebook and Instagram to try and contact them. Only silence.
Company is total scam.

Disappointing experience with the holiday card service

I have used the one-month membership for holiday cards for years. In 2025, the cards were either not delivered on time or malfunctioned during pickup. The new selection of holiday cards was also underwhelming. Additionally, without my consent, another month was charged, and my emails have gone unanswered. Be cautious if you use a payment service, as they may continue to charge without your approval.

Frustrating Sign-Up Experience

I put in a lot of effort to join; I opted for the 1-year auto-renewal and made my payment with a credit card. However, when I reached step 3 after choosing a birthday card to send, I was unable to proceed. It stated that some information from the card was missing, but I couldn't find any way to provide what was needed. In the end, I spent over an hour trying to sign up without success. I hope others have a smoother experience.

Disappointing Experience with E-Cards

I previously used these e-cards and wanted to send Christmas and New Year greetings. After signing up for a two-year subscription and receiving confirmation, I expected to be able to send cards. However, despite logging in and being greeted by name, the system still prompts me to join and pay. I've only received one unhelpful response directing me to the FAQ, which did not assist at all. Now, I am requesting a refund since it's too late for Christmas cards, but there's been no reply. As others have noted, the customer service is terrible. I regret signing up.

Disappointing experience with the advent calendar app

My sister gave me an advent calendar for Christmas, and I initially managed to use the app. However, after a few days, it stopped working. I followed all the troubleshooting suggestions from the website but had no luck. I reached out to the support team, explaining my issue and what I had already attempted. It took several days to receive a reply, which simply directed me to the FAQ section of their site. I informed them that I had already done that. After more days, they provided a new code, and I was able to log in for about a day before losing access again. I emailed them once more, detailing the situation, but they responded with the same code and instructions I had previously tried. Frustratingly, after all the back and forth and long response times, Christmas passed, and I still couldn't access the app. I requested a refund for my sister since I couldn't use the gift. They eventually replied, telling me it would be easier for her to email them directly for the refund and suggested the FAQ section again. My sister has gifted this to me annually, and I've always loved it, so not being able to access it was disappointing, and the company's handling of the situation was entirely unhelpful.

Disappointed after years of loyalty to this service.

After years of being a dedicated subscriber, I am now extremely disappointed with this platform. I attempted multiple times to select, complete, and send various cards, but it continually failed and showed a message stating: "Sorry, video load error, please reload the page and try again." I wasted so much time having to restart from scratch repeatedly on different devices, and ultimately, I gave up. I will resort to sending messages through a different app instead. Therefore, I will not be renewing my subscription as it has become completely unreliable!

I'm puzzled by the negative feedback I've seen.

I'm puzzled by the negative feedback I've seen. For over 10 years, I've been using this online card service without any problems. I've never experienced any aggressive sales tactics when receiving cards from others. The cards are stunning, offering a variety of greetings and some alternative music options. Renewing my membership has always been straightforward, and I receive notifications when my cards are reviewed. I appreciate being able to email friends and family directly from my stored address book within the app, as well as post cards to friends' pages on social media or share links via messaging apps. In my opinion, this has consistently been an excellent service for e-cards and advent calendars.

Disappointed with the 2025 calendar

I'm joining others in expressing my disappointment with the 2025 calendar. It feels like it was created by AI instructed to replicate previous years. The selection lacks inspiration, featuring repetitive music from past editions. I sincerely hope that the team responsible takes this feedback into account and invests more creativity into the 2026 version.

Disheartening 2025 Christmas Village Advent Calendar...

The 2025 Christmas Village Advent Calendar has left us, loyal fans, feeling let down. The joy of visiting your personalized home room is gone—nothing new to discover! No presents! The elves have lost their charm; they were once delightful on the shelf, but now they vanish too quickly. It seems like the designers have cut corners, which is disappointing. I ordered four calendars—one for myself and three for family.

Feels like a subpar version of a true Advent calendar

I've been sending and receiving Advent calendars for years. This year's edition is disappointing compared to previous ones and significantly more expensive. The cottage interior is unattractive and unchanged. The village lacks interest and feels like a mishmash of clichéd Christmas scenes. There are no daily surprises, minimal games, and it all feels recycled and cheap. I struggled with the download process, which seems different this year, and customer support was lacking. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience, and I doubt I'll purchase again.
