This was a high value fragile item. The communication was excellent, from 2 weeks prior, the day before and just ahead of delivery. They were able to accommodate my commitments, and used email / phone rather than an anonymous tracking tool.I was able to fully check the item prior to signing and they even took the packaging away.First class, thank you.
