Jim and Garry were absolutely fantastic. Friendly, helpful and efficient. They communicated in advance of their arrival and helped me move my other sofas which hadn’t been collected ( but should have been). This was not their responsibility and I was stressing about this so much but they took it all in their stride. They are an asset to your company. Thank you !
Friendly and efficient delivery men. Made sure to attach feet to sofa and to position sofa in my favoured spot. They also gathered up plastic sheeting and cardboard residue for recycling.
This was a high value fragile item. The communication was excellent, from 2 weeks prior, the day before and just ahead of delivery. They were able to accommodate my commitments, and used email / phone rather than an anonymous tracking tool.I was able to fully check the item prior to signing and they even took the packaging away.First class, thank you.
