This company is a SCAM! They do not answer phone calls or e-mails once they collect your money! My family had to cancel our Orlando vacation 9/1/19-9/8/19 due to category 4 Hurricane Dorian and this company would not respond to offer any resolution concerning our trip. The only time they answered is when we pressed 3 for an emergency and even then the company used profanity when talking to my wife! They transfer you to a line that disconnects you!The Orlando airport is being closed due to the incoming Hurricane and this company offered NOTHING even though they manage hundreds of properties! All of the other companies (airline, Car rental, and Disney) involved in our travel plans offered full refunds or credits to travel at a later date! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!
