We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and easy to access. The themed rooms were such a hit with the kids, and the location was perfect with lots to do nearby. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Great stay at 7041 - Solterra Oasis! The house was super clean, comfy beds, and lots of space for our group of nine. Safe, quiet gated neighborhood in Davenport about 30 minutes from the parks. Andy was awesome—really easy to communicate with. The clubhouse pool was warm and the food was good. Couldn’t figure out the upstairs projector, but no big deal!
1000 times, YES! Our Airbnb in Windsor Cay of Clermont, Florida (close to Orlando) was absolutely perfect from the host’s communication to the actual stay. It was squeaky clean upon our arrival and there are lots of towels, dishes, and silverware for use! Bedding was perfectly comfortable and the decor was aesthetically pleasing for a family of 24, including young children. Our family stayed at this Airbnb during the first week of October and requested the pool and jacuzzi heat. There were days that it felt cool and windy and days that were hot. There were no regrets with the pool heat! It was perfect after a long day at the theme parks. With little to no traffic, it took 30 minutes to get the theme parks. With slight traffic, it could take 45 minutes or so. The home is very close to many grocery stores such as Walmart and Publix. If you need to do a quick run to a store with less foot traffic, then you’d be 2 minutes from the local Walgreens. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Executive Villas & Andy! We had a wonderful stay at 3009 Protagonist Street! The house was huge!!! It was beautiful, clean and spacious - exactly as described!Andy was very responsive and helpful before we arrived. One of the pool nets were broken by the pool. We let Andy know immediately Friday night and he had people come and fix it on Monday. Thank you!The themed rooms were great and the pool heating was perfect! If anything - maybe some more starter items for guests such as toilet paper and essentials going forward. This was clearly communicated in the listing but - maybe going forward to make it more appealing to guests this is something to think about! Thank you for making our wedding stay great. We would happily stay here again!!
I had a very positive visit with Executive Villas Florida. The place was exactly as pictured and had all of the amenities I needed for the first night until I could get to the store the next day. Check in and check out were very easy. It was the perfect place because my son lives in Champions Gate and I was only 5 minutes from him. My visiting grandchildren loved the private pool and also the community pool. I will definitely stay here again!

Our group of 8 stayed in a spacious villa in Championsgate, Orlando while visiting Universal, and we had an amazing time! The property was exactly as described—huge, clean, and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the games room and appreciated the abundance of kitchen utensils and appliances that made meal prep easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. I had a few questions during our stay, and Andy responded incredibly quickly and helpfully. Highly recommend booking through Executive Villas Florida—they made the whole experience seamless!
We stayed at a lovely condo in Storey Lake recently. The property was as shown in the listing, in a great location for Disney and all things you would want to do on vacation to Orlando were close. We enjoyed our time at the pool. Easy access to the community and to the condo. Communication was clear. Andy was very responsive to our emails and provided us quick assistance as needed - thanks.
