Deceptive Practices

I highly discourage anyone from signing up with this internet provider. They claim there’s no lock-in contract, yet they require a 30-day notice for cancellation. After switching to another provider, I was billed for an additional 30 days. It’s misleading to market it as having no lock-in contract. Customers should be made aware of this requirement.
