Recently signed up to Exetel was with iinet for 10 years, but their plan was too expensive. Exetel 500/50 for 80$ per month is one of the best deals. They have BYO modem, so I can pick up a wifi 7 router to reach maximum performance and also they are quick with service when I want to change.

I strongly advise against using this internet provider. They claim there’s no lock-in contract, yet they require a 30-day notice for cancellation. After switching to another provider, I was charged for an additional month. It’s misleading to advertise no lock-in terms. Customers deserve to be informed about these policies from the start.

I highly discourage anyone from signing up with this internet provider. They claim there’s no lock-in contract, yet they require a 30-day notice for cancellation. Poor Customer Support

There is a severe lack of customer service. I called to notify them of my move, and they simply sent me a link to follow upon reaching my new location. Even after following the instructions, I continued to incur charges for my previous address! When I called for clarification, I was directed to an AI bot on their app. I asked to speak with a human, but the bot's responses took forever. I ended up calling support again, only to be told I had to use the AI bot! After multiple requests to cancel, only my old address was processed, and I'm still waiting for the new one to be addressed. This could have been quickly resolved over the phone.

I’ve had a very unsatisfactory experience over the last two weeks with no internet in my area. There has been a complete lack of communication, and the customer service has been incredibly inadequate. I cannot recommend this provider.
