Poor Customer Support

There is a severe lack of customer service. I called to notify them of my move, and they simply sent me a link to follow upon reaching my new location. Even after following the instructions, I continued to incur charges for my previous address! When I called for clarification, I was directed to an AI bot on their app. I asked to speak with a human, but the bot's responses took forever. I ended up calling support again, only to be told I had to use the AI bot! After multiple requests to cancel, only my old address was processed, and I'm still waiting for the new one to be addressed. This could have been quickly resolved over the phone.
