While I understand this may have been stated in the ordering process and reminder emails were sent, I personally find this approach misleading and not in the best interest of customers.When I raised my concern, I was offered a 50% refund, which I felt did not adequately address the issue. This is disappointing, as the coffee itself was of good quality and I would have considered subscribing once my current coffee subscription had ended.I strongly believe customers should be given the clear option to opt in to a subscription, rather than being automatically enrolled. Transparent and customer-friendly practices build trust, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling otherwise.
