The weakest gummies I’ve ever bought. The texture is off-putting. The bottle looked beautiful and the lid wouldn’t work. I spent a lot of money for an expensive looking jar and sub-par quality gummies.
I gave a five star review for customer service. The product that I ordered, Delta 9 gummies, made me sick AF. And it lasted three days afterwards. I personally didn't feel much effects, the assumed effect I was expecting. But I spent lots of time in the bathroom. I contacted the company. I inquired about the 30 day money back guarantee. They refunded my card immediately. Fastest refund I ever received. No questions asked. Didn't want the opened product back. Easy peasy. So I would say the company is legit. Lots of people like the products. But for me, it did not agree with my digestive system.
After receiving the complimentary bag of coffee, I was automatically enrolled into a monthly subscription without actively choosing to do so. While I understand this may have been stated in the ordering process and reminder emails were sent, I personally find this approach misleading and not in the best interest of customers.When I raised my concern, I was offered a 50% refund, which I felt did not adequately address the issue. This is disappointing, as the coffee itself was of good quality and I would have considered subscribing once my current coffee subscription had ended.I strongly believe customers should be given the clear option to opt in to a subscription, rather than being automatically enrolled. Transparent and customer-friendly practices build trust, and unfortunately, this experience left me feeling otherwise.
I’ve been a customer of Exhale Wellness since 2023, have I tried others yes, but I choose Exhale Wellness for my needs, For one their customer service is the best, if it’s not right, they will make it right. I can only speak on my purchases and for me it’s been great.
Tried to place an order. Kept getting an error telling me simply “an error occurred. Try again or use a different form of payment.” I did both. Used different browsers and forms of payment. Same error. Tried to contact customer service and only got an AI chat bot named “Cris”. Now, Cris will tell you that it’s not an AI, but I work in created AI chat bots and know one when I see it. I asked basic questions and got canned responses. It asked for my credit card info and that was a big red flag. Never give your credit card info to an AI chat bot. I went to Mr. Hempflower instead.
The chat was helpful BUT I found the some practices to be bait and click. For instance, I signed up for the emails because the site said I'd get $20 off. After the email came, it was for $20 off $100 purchase. Then the agent gave me 5% off. When I went to check out it did say Free Shipping on orders over $89, but when I was ordering it said Free Shipping on my order tally. After I put in all of my billing info and clicked purchase, I saw where there is a $8.99 shipping fee, for one bottle no less. Just wish the web site was more transparent. :(
