I am extremely disappointed with Exness. I had a trade on EUR/USD (Order ID: 164754210) where I set a clear Stop Loss at 1.15357. I have video evidence showing the SL was active, yet the terminal failed to execute it, leading to an unfair loss.
When I contacted support, they made a false claim saying "no stop loss was set," which is a complete lie. Even after providing video proof, they keep asking for "log files" knowing that I am using their Web Terminal, which doesn't store local logs.
Additionally, they charged an abnormal 16-pip spread on EUR/USD, which is ridiculous. This looks like a technical manipulation to drain client balance. I have all the screenshots and screen recordings to prove my case. I demand a full refund for the technical failure on their side.
