I want to share my very disappointing experience with Exness so other people can be careful before signing up.

I had a serious issue withdrawing my own money. When I contacted support, they told me I needed to verify my crypto wallet. Fine — I did it. After completing the verification, they suddenly told me I had to create another wallet because my first wallet would not be allowed for future use. That made no sense, but I followed their instructions anyway.

Then a different support person handled my case and told me I must withdraw to the original wallet. Of course, it failed again. After that, they asked me to create a self-hosted wallet. Then verify again. Then another support agent came in and told me to use a “top-rated exchanger.” Then verify again. And again. Every time it was a different person with different requirements.

This whole thing kept looping for ONE MONTH. No solution. No clear explanation. Just endless new tickets and new wallet requests. Here are some of my ticket IDs to show how serious this mess is:

I created so many tickets and so many wallet addresses just to satisfy their team, and in the end NONE of them worked.

Honestly, this experience was extremely frustrating and a huge waste of my time. I feel completely disappointed with how my case was handled. The support felt disorganized and confusing, and I kept getting passed around without real help.

I originally registered because I heard withdrawals and deposits were supposed to be fast and smooth — but in my experience, it was the opposite. Long process, repetitive verification, and no resolution.

Please be aware and think carefully before you jump in. I am sharing this so others don’t get stuck like I did.

On February 28, 2026, between approximately 13:00–14:00 WIB (GMT+7), I experienced a serious technical malfunction while trading BTCUSDc on my Exness account (Trading ID: 159902815).
At around 13:00 WIB (exact minute unknown), I opened 10 BUY positions on BTCUSDc, each with a volume of 1 lot.
Order numbers: 2976831267 2976849830 2976868893 2976864560 2976864192 2976851745 2976860401 2976864497 2976853624 2976864115
Initially, the trades were running normally. However, shortly afterward, the MT5 trading platform became completely unresponsive.
During the incident: The BUY and SELL buttons turned grey and were unusable. The option to close positions was unavailable. The chart froze entirely. I had no ability to manage, modify, or close my open trades.
My WiFi connection was stable at the time. Other applications and online services functioned normally. I also accessed another broker account connected to MT5 at the same time, and it worked without any issue. This confirms that the problem was not caused by my internet connection or device.
I reported this issue to Exness support on February 28 and provided complete evidence, including MT5 journal logs and video recordings clearly showing the platform freezing until a margin call occurred.
During the malfunction, I made reasonable efforts as a user:

1. Cleared the application Meta Trader 5 cache and logged in again, but the issue persisted.
2. Attempted to withdraw $60 from approximately $85 balance displayed in my Exness account. The withdrawal remained pending and was later rejected.
3. Changed my trading password and logged in again on MT5.

After successfully logging back in, the condition remained unchanged, and I still had no control over my open positions. Shortly afterward, I received a Margin Call notification, and my account balance was reduced to $0.
At the time the losses occurred, I had absolutely no operational control over my trades due to the platform freeze. This situation was entirely beyond my control as a client.
I respectfully request Exness to conduct a thorough investigation of server logs during the stated timeframe, provide written and transparent findings, clarify whether any server-side instability occurred, and if any technical irregularity is identified, review the case fairly and compensate the resulting losses.
This was my first experience using Exness, and unfortunately, it occurred on the same day as my first deposit. For that reason, I am currently giving a 1-star rating.
If this matter is resolved professionally and fairly, I am fully willing to update this review accordingly.

I am extremely disappointed with Exness, my trades are experiencing unacceptable slippage — for example: a $2 stop loss is being executed at $3.2, which is a massive difference. On top of that, order execution is often delayed during active market conditions. This has not happened once or twice — it has happened repeatedly, causing significant and unnecessary losses.

As a trader, fair and fast execution is the minimum expectation from any broker, but my experience has been the opposite. Due to these ongoing issues, I have completely lost trust and will be withdrawing my funds and moving to another platform.

I am also a social media influencer with 100K followers on Instagram and 137K followers on Snapchat, and I will be sharing detailed negative reviews and real trade evidence with my audience so they can avoid going through the same experience. Traders deserve transparency and reliability — not execution problems that directly damage their capital.

I strongly advise others to think carefully and do thorough research before choosing this broker. If anyone can recommend a more reliable alternative with stable execution and minimal slippage, I would appreciate it. I am done with this experience

I have already shared the video evidence of the live glitch with your team, but you continue to ignore it by referring to old waiver letters. If you are truly 'committed' to a thorough review, why are you ignoring fresh video proof of your platform's failure?
Stop hiding behind automated replies. I have already escalated this to the Financial Commission and FSA Seychelles. I expect a full refund of my capital lost due to your proven technical faults.

I am sharing my experience to provide factual information for other traders and to document a technical dispute currently under external review.

I traded XAUUSD on MT5 using an automated strategy (Expert Advisor) on an Exness RAW account on January 29, 2026. During a period of high market volatility, multiple market orders were repeatedly accepted and then rejected by the server with the message “Request error (illiquidity)”, while new execution attempts continued to be processed intermittently.

According to the platform logs, the same orders experienced dozens of consecutive rejections before eventual execution at significantly different prices. These repeated execution failures prevented proper risk management of already open positions and resulted in severe price degradation and excessive exposure to the market.

The trading system, VPS connection, and Expert Advisor operated normally, and no technical malfunction was identified on the client side. The issue appears directly related to execution conditions during the event, where orders could neither be reliably executed nor risk properly managed.

Exness conducted an internal investigation and concluded that executions were performed according to their internal procedures. However, due to the operational limitations experienced — specifically the inability to manage open risk during continuous order rejections — I respectfully disagree with the outcome.

The case has now been formally escalated to independent international dispute resolution and regulatory review bodies for an impartial evaluation.

I am sharing this review strictly to present documented facts and encourage transparency regarding execution conditions during extreme market situations.

I remain open to a professional and fair resolution.

I have not received the mandatory monthly account statements. This is a basic regulatory requirement for transparency, and Exness's failure to provide them is unacceptable. It prevents me from properly reviewing my account activity and adds to the overall lack of trust.
