I have transferred funds into my own account in error. I wanted to remove these funds as the trader I was dealing with was a scam. I now want to transfer my funds back to my crypto wallet and they are now coming up with every single excuse in the book to not allow me access to my own money. It has taken them 3 days to even give me a proper answer. Every time they ask me for something, I supply it, I want to do a withdraw and they then remove the withdraw button. Is there any management at Exness that I can talk to to understand if this is a scam or not.
