I booked a trip. I can no longer take that trip. The first time I tried to call for assistance, it was explained that the wait time to talk with someone was 45 minutes. I chose to call back another time.

The second time I called back, there was no message about long wait times. I was on hold for over 1 hour 15 minutes with no option to receive a callback.

These calls were a month apart.

Next, I tried to utilize the online chat. That was not available due to a high call volume.

A previous email inquiry I made was supposed to be answered within 5 business days. It was not.

They had the same trip for a lower price and refused to apply the lower price to the trip. Don't believe any lower price guarantees on their website.

In my attempts to contact customer service, it is clear that there will always be a "higher than usual call volume" as it happens months apart.

This is a major customer service issue. Do not book a trip with them and expect any type of timely customer service. It has been dreadful thus far.

Good luck ever talking to a human being live or via chat. The best I've experienced is an online chatbot that did nothing to help me that I couldn't have done myself.
