Two key aspects to our trip: our driver Ayoub was excellent in many ways. He was very courteous, safe at all times, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He was interactive and answered our questions in an informed manner. Second, we only had 6 guests total -- ourselves, our friends, and another couple that we did not know but fit in with us really well. Overall, the area and cities covered by the tour were very comprehensive, and we learned a lot about Moroccan and Muslim culture. A key and important observation was how safe and clean Morocco is, due in large part to a benevolent king and a government focus on safety for tourists and residents. Lastly, the weather in late February could not have been nicer.
Our experience in morocco was amazing with our tour manager filali Abdelali. He was fun and informative. He made sure all our needs were met through out the whole trip. I highly recommend this trip. Everyday was a new adventure.
I’ve sent three emails to Sales/Customer Service on the 19th, 23rd and 26th, and I’m clearly being ignored as no reply has been received. When I booked my trip (NCL–AMS–BOG–LIM), the Bogotá connection was 2h 35m with an arrival in Lima at 19:20. This has now been changed to a 4h 05m layover, and the onward flight arrives at 20:50 — all without any notification.
I paid extra specifically for the shorter travel time, and the PNR has been altered and no longer matches my original booking.
Morocco 9 nights including a night in Sahara…
I will say the destination, was amazing! But the night stay in the desert, camel walk at sundown and the night in luxury tents for me was unforgettable! I must mention our guide Filali Abdelali (Abdoul) he went above and beyond to assure everything was taken care of and that we didn't miss a thing! Felt safe and well orientated! I wouldn't have wanted any other guide on this trip, he's well knowledged, professional and kept us on track and going. Our driver was great made our rides smooth and seamless. I highly recommend visiting Morocco with this team and if you are lucky enough, this guide!
Just maybe exoticca must resee meal offers included for suppers, it was the same buffet over 9 nights, which is really sad considering all the amazing food that morocco has to offer! But in all a trip I will not soon forget! Thank you Abdoul for making this trip incredible and unforgettable as my first experience with exoticca!
Wow! The trip to Türkiye was a magical journey and it was made truly exceptional by the group leader. From the moment we arrived in Istanbul, their passion and deep knowledge of the Turkish history and culture brought every site to life. The beauty of the country is breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the fairy chimney of Cappadocia during a hot air balloon ride was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Dream come true!!
They managed every detail with ease, allowing us to simply soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the Grand Bazaar and the serene beauty of the Bosphorus. Their kindness and storytelling turned a great vacation into a deeply meaningful connection with this beautiful country.
I highly recommend this tour—and specifically this leader—to anyone looking to discover the heart of Türkiye.

First time traveling out of home country with much anxiety. From beginning to end, our tour guide Sara was extremely friendly and helpful. She made us feel safer and was very informative and fun.! When we had some obstacles with flight information , Exoticca was helpful even though it was late at night .When we missed our connecting flight, they were attentive and reassuring. Our trip was to Italy. We are senior citizens and Exoticca contacted our son when we missed our connecting flight and gave him further information.
Grand tour Morocco including Sahara desert was best trip well organized with my tour manager .Filali Abdelali. He went above and beyond to assure everything was taken care of. He did things for us that were not expected like keeping us supplied with water, cookies and giving enough bathroom stops. In a word excellent. Our driver was awesome smooth and skilled. Highly recommend this tour and this team.
This company provides great choices and did great jobs. I went several trips with Exoticca, went Morocco, Ecuador, France, Portugal……Great experiences. Strong recommendation.
Had the worst experience . They told us we will have a meet and greet person when we get there and we only had one on the first day only. And in Buenos Aires they made our flight reservation in the evening and check out was at 11 . We got to the hotel at 10pm so that took out a day of out 3 days. And they planned our flight again very late to iguazo and that took another day of our 3 days there 😢 and the same late flight to Rio de Janeiro. And on all 3 places we visited only had one day each with a tour guide. The other days we were on our own. 😡 I don't think we will be traveling with this company anymore 😕 😡 oh and they have an emergency number to call they never answer.
Our guide, Eda and driver, Senol were amazing!! Eda was so knowledgeable about the area, history, and culture we visited it was a breath of fresh air. She was attentive, friendly, encouraging and put her own needs second to those of the 24 people in the group. Senol was an awesome driver, often negotiating difficult traffic and often very narrow spaces to put he bus, and was always cheerful and happy to assist with luggage etc.
All in all they both made for an excellent trip for my wife and I and would totally recommend them to lead any Exoticca group.
