Spent two weeks emailing them to find out how my tax return after submitting all my document. One week before the tax deadline I emailed again asking if we need to extend. My tax advisor said there was no need as I was a priority on the 13th of April I email again and ask what’s going on. I get a reply stating I was not a priority and they filed an extension. I had to spend the next day sitting with another company doing all my taxes from scratch. Worst experience I have ever had from a so called professional firm dealing with taxes. I would not trust or let them touch any document and especially give them any money for this kind of if you can call it service.
