So I have had an Exped mattress for many years. The baffles that keep the air in the chambers popped. I contacted their customer service and within 24 hours had a reply of send us a picture and Lot # and we'll replace it. I don't think it gets easier than that and that reflects on a GREAT customer service. Camping gear can always get a lot of abuse in the wilderness and a company that stands behind their product is to be commended! Great going Exped. Buy their products and know you will be taken care of.
