For the benefit of potential buyers of this company and its productsI have used Exped Backpacks and products for 10 years the quality 10 years ago was exemplary. I now can no longer recommend this company or its products as recent backpacks have not lived up to the old products manufactured 10 years ago which I still have and work well. The quality of the backpacks is now very poor and not long lasting and do not live up to outdoor useThe customer service is indifferent and not supportiveBeware and purchase elsewhere
