Product errors are the customers' fault

I bought a downmat hl winter mw mat from them that I stored in the package for about half a year. When I opened it in the middle of the winter out in the wilderness, there was a hole in it. I fixed the whole in order to be able to stay the night. Afterwards, I contacted the reseller regarding this and sent back the product. The end-result was that they notified me that they test all products before they leave the factory. Therefore, this must be caused by myself.With other words, all product errors are caused by the customers and warranty is not valid. Be careful with this company's products.
