Terrible experience with Expedia. We booked an Economy Class flight with Condor via Expedia, but Expedia booked us as Economy Light instead (even though their confirmation email and details said otherwise, and we were charged for the higher class of flight). They refused to correct their mistake by ensuring we were booked on the right class of flight, and when one of the airlines we were supposed to take during our trip went on strike, we were left without recourse because of Expedia's error (i.e., no flight changes were permitted due to their screw-up between the classes we booked - which meant that our visit to an ailing grandparent on another continent was cut short due to their error!). I will never use Expedia again, and I would encourage others to avoid them as well. If they make a mistake, they will not honour it (other than giving you a refund for your baggage - which is worth little, when you are not on the class of flight you booked and can't make the changes you are entitled to!), and their "managers" will refuse to connect you to the next level up.
