If I could rate it negative 10 , I would. They are the most incompetent people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Never answer anything, don’t get back to you. Don’t contact the airlines or hotels in your behalf, and give you timeframes they never meet. Useless is a compliment to these people I can’t wait to have them out of my life.
