Hopeless and useless. They booked me into a horrible hotel in Dec 19 in Cambodia, The hotel manager would not give me refund saying I had to contact expediaI tried doing so but no one contacted me for many months , So i had to stay in horrible hotel for duration of my holiday (last holiday before covid)Eventually Expedia contacted me and admitted they were wrong for not contacting me when i needed help They gave me a good will voucher of $100When i checked the other day they said the voucher had expired ? (no mention ever of expire date previously ??I asked if they could send again saying i have not been able to travel because of covid , Their reply was sorry we cant send another one ???If they had said the voucher expires after a period of time I could have used it in Australia This is an example of terrible customer service They should have given me another voucher
