Worst experience ever, very bad service. Tried to book twice for the same flight, it ended up being sold out, som I had to cancel both reservations and I hope I will get my money back. The service is horrible, it seems like they are really trying to help, but it really is just a mess and kaotic. I received multiple mails from different employees saying the opposite things
