Absolute disaster.This company offers cars slightly cheaper than the market price. Their business model is to sell you the full insurance during pickup, which costs more than the rent itself. With this increased price their "offer" is a lousy deal.If you don't buy the insurance, they'll find another way to get more money from you. As many users pointed out, they'll "find" damage on the car you're returning and assign an arbitrary $ value to it. The "damage" in my case was so tiny that even my camera didn't capture it during pick up AND after return. Their report doesn't include most of the tiny scratches on the car, with the sole purpose to "find" them and charge you for damaging the vehicle. The scenario is super simple: they just "find" every little scratch on the car. If it's on your photos - ok, they'll look for more. Eventually there'll be a point where your camera didn't capture a tiny thing that according to them costs thousands to repair.Taking a ton of pictures and videos doesn't always help, and honestly the effort isn't worth it - just get a car from a better place
