I needed a 7-seater for a business trip with colleagues. The vehicle was immaculate inside and provided ample space for everyone along with their luggage. The pricing for three days was quite fair, significantly better than alternatives.
I rented a vehicle from the company through a third-party platform in September 2025. The representative arrived late and rejected valid credit cards because they were not embossed, a detail that was not disclosed. I was pressured into purchasing costly insurance. The vehicle was dirty and not thoroughly inspected—I discovered additional scratches they had not documented. Upon return, they charged me €250 for minor scratches that were clearly pre-existing and difficult to notice at pickup. This company seems to employ unfair tactics to extract extra charges from customers. It's best to steer clear.
This company is untrustworthy and should not operate near an international airport—they engage in dishonest practices to extract money from customers (insurance, non-existent damages, etc.). They fail to recognize that car rental and customer satisfaction should be a long-term commitment. We have filed an official complaint with the relevant authorities.
WARNING: SCAMMERS! This company is a complete scam; avoid at all costs. They act politely, but do not be deceived: their aim is to charge you hidden costs based on ridiculous claims. When I went to pick up the vehicle, the representative pressured me into buying extra insurance at an inflated price, despite already having my own. When I asked to speak to a manager, I received the same absurd reasoning. I also attempted to resolve this with the booking platform, but they could only offer a refund for my original insurance, which was much cheaper. Furthermore, upon returning the vehicle, the representative claimed there were four damages with photos attached, which were taken a month earlier and not at the time of my return.
This company lures customers in with low prices only to either offer exorbitantly priced insurance or search for minor scratches upon returning the vehicle, charging outrageous fees for them. We were billed €300 for non-existent damage caused by dirt from our shoes! This practice has been reported by many others. Avoid renting from them and be skeptical of the five-star reviews! Their business model seems to rely on scamming customers or insurance companies.
By far the worst rental experience. They are scammers! Avoid them at all costs. I have rented cars for 40 years worldwide. After strongly pushing us to purchase full insurance, which we declined, they falsely claimed damages when we returned the vehicle. They insisted there was a scratch on the wheel and bumper (not visible to the naked eye) and demanded full replacement. They even required us to wash the car before returning it! Since when is it the customer's responsibility to wash a rental vehicle? Additionally, they gave us a car that was only half full. Do not use them!
