WARNING FOR SCAM!The company offer extremely cheap prices to attract potential customers and scam them in a legal way. The positive reviews are either made up or by customer who chose to buy their insurance. I rented a car for 6€/day. Clearly extremely cheap. The agency brought the car to the airport. At the time of pick up the guy offered a comprehensive insurance for 80€/day which is quiet expensive and clearly would made upp for their loss in offering extremely low prices. I declined the offer because I already had an insurance from my home country. The agent required 1600€ for deposit which I agreed to and presented a credit card however the agent refused the card and requested a card with a 3D printed letters and numbers (why? What is the logic behind this request? No logic answered the agent) probably it was a way to force me to buy their insurance if I hadn't what he requested. Luckily I had another credit card with 3D printed letters which was accepted.At the time of returning the car, the agency requested that car must be returned to their office which is about 15 minutes drive from the airport because I was returning it before the stipulated returning time on the contract otherwise I had to wait until the stipulated time was reached which wasn't possible because of flight time. He wrote it in a rude way. They also refused to offer a shuttle back to the airport.Upon inspection of car the inspector tried really really hard to find something to fine me for. I filmed the entire car at the time of pick up. I showed the inspector most of the scratches he pointed to in the videos captured by me at the time of pick up however it was a sunny day hence it wasn't easy to visualise everything with the lens of the camera. The inspector point to a scratch on the roof of the car!!!!! Which I didn't film at the time of pickup. I only drove on the highway from Bucharest to Brașov and wonder how on earth would I scratch the roof of the car?The inspector also pointed to a scratch on back of the right mirror which actually wasn't a scratch, just an old paint which wasn't painted evenly and I couldn't visualise that on the video because of the shade and the color of the car.Initially I refused to sign the protocol of returning but the agent threatened me of not giving back the entire deposit. Because I had less than 70 minutes to the departure of my flight I signed the protocol forcibly to be able to claim back the money from my insurance company.Even after returning the car and leaving their office they will send you an email with additional damages found.
