Very slow customer services particularly with an urgent enquiry causing financial harm and it’s not the first time I have previously had very poor support from Experian unless you are prepared to pay for access and unfortunately serious failure to meet its duties as a data controller with a very blaze approach I would never willingly use their services again sadly which for a large company with such responsibility appeared to be a serious systemic risk issue in their operations and processes
