Experteer is not informing correctly about cancellation of subscription. I had cancelled my membership and they still charged me again a 6 months fee without notifying accordingly. Reading the answer of Experteer, they misinform the customer again, as per Dutch law with a renewal of subscription the consumer must be able to cancel on a monthly basis, extending with another 6 month mandatory, as Experteer is doing, in not in line with the law and is forbidden. Meaning extension can only be 1 month and therefor a refund must be done of the 5 month too much paid.Update 12-02: Experteer has been taken the matter seriously and have proposed a fair solution.
