I ordered a spotlight with a sensor, as clearly stated in the product description and printed on the box. However, I received just a basic spotlight without any sensor. When I reached out to the company, I was told that I needed to buy the sensor separately, which was never mentioned in the order, description, or packaging. If the sensor is not included, it shouldn't be advertised or shown on the box; this is extremely misleading. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic: advertise a complete product at a good price, then send an incomplete one and ask for more money later. This is not a fair business practice. This has been a terrible experience, and I regret purchasing from this company. I strongly advise others to avoid them. You might find cheaper prices, but what’s the point if you don’t receive what you paid for? I'm very disappointed and will not shop with them again.
