Misleading Product Information

I ordered a spotlight with a sensor, clearly indicated in the product description and packaging. However, what I received was just a standard spotlight without a sensor. When I contacted the company, I was told I needed to purchase the sensor separately, which was never mentioned in the order or packaging. If the sensor isn't included, it shouldn't be advertised. This is highly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. This has been a disappointing experience, and I regret purchasing from this company. I recommend others to avoid them. You might find lower prices, but what’s the point if you don’t get what you paid for? I'm very disappointed and will not shop with them again.

Misleading Product Delivery

When I reached out to the company, I was told that I needed to buy the sensor separately, which was never mentioned in the order, description, or packaging. If the sensor is not included, it shouldn't be advertised or shown on the box; this is extremely misleading. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic: advertise a complete product at a good price, then send an incomplete one and ask for more money later. This is not a fair business practice. This has been a terrible experience, and I regret purchasing from this company. I strongly advise others to avoid them. You might find cheaper prices, but what’s the point if you don’t receive what you paid for? I'm very disappointed and will not shop with them again.

Delivery Promises Not Met

I placed an order and received correspondence from both the company and the supplier. Before placing my order, I called to confirm the stock availability and was assured there were over 100 lights and enough bezels to fulfill my order. I even paid extra for next-day guaranteed delivery so I could install the lights immediately. To my surprise, I only received three lights. Paying for next-day delivery was pointless. It seems I was either misled or the staff were incompetent. A very disappointing experience.

Great Customer Service Experience

What a great experience! My order was supposedly left at my front door by the delivery driver, but it wasn't there when I arrived. I contacted the company to investigate the delivery. Although they didn't seem to make any headway with the delivery service, they swiftly organized replacements. Great service, many thanks!

Frustrating LED Tape Light Experience

I received my LED tape lights after 16 days, but I'm not satisfied with the outcome. My requirements were clear, but what I received were unconnected items with bare wires and a plug for me to connect myself. This is not the 'plug and play' system I requested. I now need to hire an electrician to connect everything, which will cost me at least £160. If I had known this was the case, I wouldn't have placed the order.

Delivery Issues and Delays

There have been multiple delays and cancellations with my delivery, which is now apparently stuck at a depot without any explanation. I've had to postpone my installation and cancel my electrician, causing a significant delay in the whole project. I would not have ordered if I had known shipping would be this poor. Simply unacceptable.
