First time round, the drivers said they could not deliver our cooker as it would not fit through a door unless tilted. They then tilted the new cooker to load it back onto the lorry, then to unload it into our garage. My husband and son carried it through the supposedly also inaccessible back door without problems. They then agreed a second installation date. On the day we were the first installation. The van tracked to within fifteen minutes of our house before cancelling our installation. It has left us without a cooker for weeks. Shame on this cooker. The service lady I spoke to after the first attempt said it was her last day there. Avoid at all cost. They also told us we would be refunded by the company we ordered the cooker from.
