I've ordered a dual fuel cooker through argos on May 10th 2024 and had it scheduled for delivery 15th May 2024.Expert logistics sent their AO "installation team on the 15th may" and they said that they're unable to do the installation because of the Hot Zone socket placement and wallpaper on the wall, we heeded their request and done as they instructed the following days.We hired an electrician whom we paid over £100 to re-position the power socket to a safer unit from the hot zone and we had the wallpaper removed as they told us to do.Fast Forward, the installation has been rebooked to almost 2 weeks later which is today the 28th May 2024, two delivery persons has arrived wearing an "installation" vest, and I brought them in, I've showed them that the sockets were re-positioned to a safer zone and we had the wallpaper removed as instructed. The delivery/installation person said "Oh you have a corrugated steel pipe, it almost looks that it's made out of Lead probably? Oh no, we can't do the installation for that reason, sorry about that"These useless people from expertlogistics have completely wasted my valuable time and patience, they could've mentioned this beforehand but they decided to bring this up, just so they won't do the delivery. I'm absolutely livid and fuming as I am sharing this experience. They're looking for excuses and loopholes to avoid their duty, it seems that they get a kick out of messing around with the customer, which shows how of poorly run they are.I absolutely would not recommend anyone to use expertlogistics for any service or delivery, they're unreliable, dishonest and not trustworthy at all.Learn from my experience and avoid ExpertLogistics. You're welcome.
