Three months on, we are still waiting to have our property damage put right. Had a Range Master removed and a new one installed. They were a nightmare, using no cloths etc. They badly damaged our Wall and floor. They then sent out their own surveyor and some three months are still fighting the claim. The damage is plain to see, we highlighted this to the Couriers who could not care. Now waiting for another Surveyor. Have asked to speak to the Review Team and now been told they do not speak to Customers. Why send out a Surveyor when they have no intention of accepting the damage,Appalling, tried to esclalte this with no help whatsover. Please Help
