Absolute disgraceful. I don’t wfh so I booked an annual leave for them to deliver my washing machine. They said that the delivery guy called me but it was an incorrect number and blamed it on the supplier. This is false. The supplier had the correct number the whole time as they were sending me automated texts about my delivery I still haven’t received my order and the customer service people are disgraceful
