To whomever it may concern,Please treat this as a formal complaint.Your drivers were scheduled to deliver our washing machine on Sunday the 17th, their unbelievable lack of any thinking skills has caused them to fail to deliver and install our washing machine.After ringing our bell and waiting in front of the door for over 3 minutes, without trying to open it, they decided to leave. When my partner finally got downstairs and asked them why they didn’t pull or push the doors, they claimed they “didn’t know”?. Following this, they said they don’t feel “safe” installing our washing machine as my 5 foot 4, 50kg female, not a tattooed ex-convict, is being “too aggressive” given she has asked why they didn’t simply try to pull or push the doors….as every other delivery driver, postman, or just human always does after ringing the bell.The drivers then lied about being “unable” to contact my partner to ask for advice about the door (did they need help to operate a door?) as their phones were “out of battery” however, they used their phones to call their manager to tell them they will not install the washing machine out of fear for my partner!After this lie, my partner called their manager, who told her they will install the washing machine. Right after that, they left. After calling the manager back, the manager said they will install it. She told him they left, which surprised him and he told us “he will look into it” which naturally never occurred. Today, the rescheduled delivery drivers were unable to “find parking” – previously, this was never an issue, and parking was and always is available. AO has contacted me to tell me they need to have a parking space ready for them, whereas this was never an issue for the delivery and installation of any other appliances. Additionally, they said they could not themselves pay for parking? How do they go around delivering in London then? Does expert logistics have dedicated parking spaces on every estate in London? After speaking with AO (as your company never answers their phone) a message was passed on to the drivers telling them my partner will go downstairs and pay for parking, however, they just drove off without calling her, but, they claimed they spoke and told her that they will reschedule. Once again, outright lying. Can you please explain how this level of incompetence came to work with you? An orangutan would be able to find a parking space where we live, and subsequently purchase a ticket where need be. I am deeply concerned by how little thinking your staff applies to their day-to-day lives, this is equally shocking as it is horrifying. We are now rescheduled to have your staff come on Tuesday yet again to try and perform the simple task of delivery and installation of a washing machine. Please send someone who is at least a few chromosomes ahead of a starfish.Beyond shocking.
